5 session week!

I just wrapped up a 5 session week!  Man, did I ever need it.  I’ve lost a lot of consistency and run length, and have slowly begun to build it back.  5 may have been one too many, as I started to feel shin splints at the end of today’s session.  Anyway, it’s just been great to get out there and play so much, I’m definitely keeping this up.

  • Atomsmashers and legbeaters both sides.  Atomic is coming along nicely, but still having trouble hitting it midstring

  • Zulu Legover BSOS in a guiltless run
  • Toe Blur > run … good to see I can kinda still quantum OK (on one side)
  • Toe SS osis > Zooming Legover > RPT
